If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason
whatsoever (even if you simply changed your mind), we will gladly accept your return and issue a
full refund, no questions asked.
When we say a full refund -- we mean it. We do not deduct the shipping cost and do not charge
a restocking fee. You get 100% of your money back -- exactly the amount we
charged you, not a penny less.
Apart from issuing a complete refund, we will also mail you a prepaid shipping label so
you don't even have to pay for the return shipping.
We do not want to rush you, so we do not impose a short timeframe for returns. Instead of
giving you a standard 14-day return policy, we offer you 60 days to examine the
items you bought and decide if you want to keep them.
We also do something no other company does -- we accept partial returns. Let's say you ordered
five different items and would only like to keep four of them -- that's OK! You can return just
the item you didn't like and get a refund for it.
