Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your
purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip and sears.com Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt within 90 days of your purchase, 30 days
for Home Electronics and Mattresses for a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after these time
periods, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to Sears.
- A 15% restocking fee applies on Tires, select Home Appliances, Home Electronics, Home Improvement, Household Goods, Lawn
& Garden, and Automotive products not returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging
and accessories.
- Special orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee
For mailable and home delivery items, see our returns options below. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For

Gift Cards
Gift card(s) are neither refundable nor returnable. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may be canceled and replaced with
appropriate proof of purchase. Disregard any language to the contrary indicated on the Gift Card itself. Sears Gift Cards sold on
or prior to 12/16/03 expire 2 years from date of issue unless issued in CA, MA or NH. Sears Gift Cards sold after 12/16/03 do not
expire.

Hassle-free Returns & Exchanges |

Wrong gift? Doesn't fit? Whatever the reason, it's no problem. Depending on the item, online merchandise can be
returned in several ways. Here's how:
Shipped items

Mail-in Returns
Except Tires, all shipped items (UPS, US Postal Service etc...), including Parts and Auction merchandise, can be returned by mail
using the pack slip provided. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item
was shipped.
- Mail-in return limitations:
- Return Tires to a Sears Auto Center. Use our Store Locator to find a Sears Auto Center near you.
Scheduled pick-up
Use this return method for large items that arrived by scheduled in-home delivery, such as appliances, treadmills or big screen
TV's. Call 1-800-732-7747 to arrange for product pick-up. A $45.00 per-trip charge applies. If the wrong product was delivered or
the product arrives damaged, all pick up fees are waived.
In-Store
Most online merchandise can be returned to any full-line Sears store. See limitations below. Use our Store Locator to find a store near you.
- In-store return limitations:

- At this time, Auction merchandise, including items that arrived incorrectly or broken, can only be returned by mail to
sears.com using the return label provided with your order.
- Some specialty items from our catalogs can only be returned by mail. If your packslip does not indicate in-store returns,
please return by mail or call 1-800-349-4358 for return information.

Cancellations |

UPS Shipped Items
All UPS / USPS shipped orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to
cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is
returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail or to your local Sears store.
Check your
Order Status online. Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled. When the status changes from
Processing to Shipped it means that your order has left Sears distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier's regional
distribution center. The typical duration of this stage is 1-3 business days. As a result, tracking numbers and other information
may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier's regional center.

Home Delivered Items
Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service at
